We have been asking our members from across the industries the reasons why they became a CPD provider. This CPD Member case study was provided by Money First Aid. For more information, please visit their CPD Member Directory page.
Please provide us with a brief overview of your organisation. What do you do?
MONEY FIRST AID provides training for individuals to become a Money First Aider®. Our self-paced, interactive training is created by financial experts with industry and training experience, equipping participants with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to support colleagues in overcoming financial difficulties. This helps create a supportive and understanding work environment.
Why did you become a CPD provider?
It was important to us that our training had the credibility that comes with the CPD accreditation, to evidence that our courses meet high-quality standards and professional learning criteria. Many of the people who complete our training are also required to record CPD hours as part of their role.
How did you implement CPD accreditation in your organisation?
Our core financial training courses are accredited and we have now applied for our upcoming training as well, with more courses in the pipeline. We also regularly contribute articles for the CPD website and have seen good engagement and interest in those.
How has CPD helped your organisation achieve its learning objectives?
Most importantly, the feedback we receive from the CPD team when reviewing our courses for accreditation has been invaluable in ensuring the quality is a high standard. Our course structure and content is better as a result of working with The CPD Certification Service. We also get a regular stream of enquiries about our training courses from individuals who have found us on the CPD website.
We hope this brief CPD Member Case Study was both interesting and helpful. Please go to the Money First Aid CPD Member profile page for more on their available CPD. Alternatively, please visit the CPD Industry Hubs to find courses, events and articles relevant to your Continuing Professional Development requirements.
