Mindfulness Exercises is an online platform which shares free and premium resources for mindfulness practitioners and mindfulness meditation teachers alike. We were founded by Sean Fargo in 2014 with the intention to help people live with embodied presence, compassion and resilience. Among the natural outcomes of a mindful life is the desire to share mindfulness, and the benefits you’ve experienced, with others. Our self-paced Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training Programs are for meditators, professionals, coaches, therapists, social workers, yoga teachers, parents, school teachers and anyone interested in learning how to teach mindfulness in professional contexts with confidence, compassion and credibility.
